With over 20 years experience of licenced massage and holistic therapy, I offer a bespoke and tailored service. From the London School of Massage, through experience on cruise ships, followed by managing spas on some the world's well known super yachts, I provide a highly focused, holistic wellness experience.

Aroma blend message
Applying a gentle-to-medium pressure; softer, longer more flowing movements to destress the overall body and mind with a choice of aromatherapy selected at consultation. Can be focused to certain parts of the body but generally you will fell body balanced all over!
Deep tissue massage
Applying a firm slow deeper strokes and more rigorous movements to the inner layers of the muscles. This helps to break down scar tissues and lactic acid that forms injury muscle knots, stress and tension to the body .
Sports massage
Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.
Reflexology
The application of small muscle movements and pressure points to the feet help to improve circulation and create a real sense of a healing response to the mind, body and soul, clearing energy blockages to organs of the body. A deeply relaxing treatment!
Hot stone massage
This treatment is a form of alternative massage therapy and body work involving the placements of a number of heated stones to the body for the purpose of pain relief and blocked emotions as the stones draw out static energy.
The warmth creates wellbeing soothes the nervous system. Those with rheumatic or arthritic pain poor circulation depression will also benefit.
Indian head massage
A treatment that focuses on acupressure points along the scalp neck and shoulders. Circular and more rigorous moves on the scalp are to improve hair condition promoting blood circulation to the hair folica . It reduces headaches/ migraines insomnia and overall mental wellbeing. Moroccan frangipani or almond oils are used to condition and shine hair also.
Reiki
Reiki massage is designed to promote healing and balance in the body, mind, and spirit. I use a gentle touch or hold my hands slightly above the body to channel healing energy to the recipient. Reiki can also be incorporated during a massage.
Facial treatments
A range of treatments consisting of cleanse, tone, exfoliation, face mask and facial massage including pressure points of the face and temples. Followed by serum and moisturiser.
Whilst face mask is in use, a range of complementary massage treatments (including Indian head massage, hand or foot massage) can be applied and recognised luxury creams and oils will be based on your skin type and treatment needs.

I studied at London School of Massage for three years, learning the techniques of many different forms of massage and holistic therapies.

Initially trained with Steiner (London Wellness Academy) prior to boarding. I specialised in massage and hot stone treatments, docking all over the world and experiencing different therapies from a range of cultures. This role was also Elemis-product trained.

I spent 10 years in the world of international super yachting, on the world's most famous yachts, providing a range of treatment and therapy services as well as managing spas. Regularly providing therapies to celebrities and VVIPs with packages devised by me.
